    Start with the application.
    Find the right RFID reader.

    Identify moulds, connect equipment, inventory cabinet zones or record asset locations. Compare readers through the workflow you need to support.

    Connect mould identity with machine usage events.

    Identify the installed mould with RFID, then count agreed valid relay events. Re-establish the association at changeover so later events belong to the correct mould.

    WS-RTLS-RFID

    Know what was read—and where that read was recorded.

    UHF RFID identifies the item; UWB RTLS supplies location information for inventory, tool and workpiece workflows. Deployment requires base stations, coverage planning and a backend, with an agreed method of associating the read position with the item.

    Distinguish tag reads, machine actions and inventory changes, then identify the controller or host.

    Test actual motion, distance, nearby tags and recovery conditions; there is no universal performance guarantee.
