RFID Tagging and Registration

l Product Used: 3D Active RFID Tag (Model: WS-ATAG6325-X)

l Function: Tags are mounted or embedded on pallets. Each pallet is assigned a unique ID. Using the mobile app, operators scan the QR code on the RFID tag to register the pallet and sync with the backend system.

Forklift UWB Locator

l Product Used: RTLS UWB Forklift Locator (Model: WS-RTLS-125K)

l Function: Installed on forklifts to track their positions and automatically read pallet tags, providing precise pallet coordinates during transport.

Wireless Object Detector

l Product Used: Wireless Object Detector (Model: WS-Hawkeye-C)

l Function: Detects whether items are loaded on the forklift and sends the information to the app, confirming pallet pick-up or drop-off actions.

RTLS Positioning Base Station
