Working Principle

The 62GHz Radar Detector utilizes microwave reflection characteristics to measure distance. The sensor emits microwave pulses and receives the pulses reflected. By calculating the round-trip time of the pulses, the distance can be determined.

Millimeter-wave (mmWave) radar offers various functions, such as monitoring multiple areas to locate presence and tracking the movement within each area.

Installation Guide

The 62GHz Radar Detector should be installed in either a horizontal or vertical orientation.

The distance between the sensor and the object being measured should be within 15 meters.

Avoid installing the sensor in environments with metallic objects or electromagnetic interference in front of it.
