WS-ATAG6325-X is an active RFID tag family with a 3D antenna, intended for identification workflows in automated warehouses, wire and paper reels, and test-board registration. Matched reading equipment provides identification data for integration with material and zone records.

Plan the tag around the working environment

Warehouse material movement

Mount tags on materials or carriers and plan reading points around receiving, transfer and dispatch routes. Integrate material and zone records in the platform, and test adjacent-zone reads and obstruction.

Wire and paper reels

Associate each tag ID with reel data and plan identification at preparation and work areas. Test orientation, mounting and nearby metal equipment before configuring the reading zone.

Test-board registration

Identify a board or its carrier at the intended workstation and link it to test-system records. Test results, counts and history require host or software integration; the tag provides the reliable identity key behind them.

Select the radio variant before integration

Family data lists 125kHz, model-dependent UHF communication and IR communication. Low-frequency and UHF communication are separate items. The tag model, reading equipment and firmware are matched as one system.

125kHz + 480MHz variant. Match the reader frequency, protocol and firmware.

480 / 915MHzSeparate -4 and -9 variants. Choose the band that matches the reader infrastructure.

Battery and consumptionBattery life is extended by tuning reporting intervals and sensing settings. Low-power operation keeps tags working through long deployments.

Questions before deployment

Does a 3D antenna provide 3D coordinates?

The 3D antenna gives stable reads in any tag orientation. Zone identification or positioning is delivered by the reader system, site layout and algorithms. Its up to 8m communication range covers wide reading zones.

How does it compare with a passive UHF EPC tag?

This is an active RFID family. Its battery-powered design adds sensing, notifications and longer communication range. Pair it with matching WENSHING readers for best results.

How sensitive is the sensing?

The tag senses temperature differences of 1°C and tilt changes of ±1°. These events can drive alerts and records in the host platform.

How are machine cycles counted?

Machine-cycle counting is handled through the reader and host integration. a machine-signal interface feeds the count while the tag supplies the identity; together they form a complete counting workflow.
