WIRELESS VIDEO · OEM / ODM

Connect field video to your product and system.

Wireless video products and custom development. Define the image, radio link and receiving workflow for AV equipment, UAVs, mobile platforms and industrial observation.

Custom UAV inspection video and ground viewing concept

APPLICATION FIRST

Start with the task your customer needs to perform.

01

UAV inspection video

For solar arrays, roofs and facility inspection, define airborne weight and power, camera interfaces, antenna placement, ground reception and latency targets together.

Define airborne integration →
02

Mobile platforms & robots

Inspection vehicles and moving equipment need a link designed around their route, obstructions, electrical environment and operator viewing needs.

Describe the platform and site →
03

Industrial & legacy AV extension

Where cabling is difficult, match the source, camera, display and control interface across the entire transmitter/receiver chain.

Compare transmitters and receivers →

CUSTOM ENGINEERING

Plan the complete video link.

Bring your camera, receiving system and mechanical constraints. An OEM/ODM discussion covers electronics, antennas, software interfaces and installation, defining what can be reused and what requires development.

  • Source interface requirements: AV, HDMI, USB, network or sensor interface

  • Radio link: deployment region, band, line of sight, obstruction and antennas

  • Product integration: size, weight, power, connectors, enclosure and thermal design

  • Acceptance criteria: resolution, frame rate, end-to-end latency and behavior after link loss

These are custom-project requirements, not features guaranteed across all existing products.

Three decisions before choosing a wireless video link.

Image and latency

Provide resolution, frame rate and use case. Recording, observation and live operation have different latency requirements; measure from image capture through display.

Range and environment

Describe air-to-ground or ground-to-ground use, line of sight, obstructions, speed and antenna height. Open-space range does not guarantee obstructed or moving-link performance.

Integration and delivery

Confirm connectors at both ends, power, dimensions, software, sample quantity and production schedule before defining development, validation and quotation.

Custom wireless video FAQ

Can an existing AV product be fitted directly to a UAV?

Check the video interface, weight, power, antennas, latency and environment first. Existing AV products can be an evaluation starting point; airborne requirements need project-specific validation.

Can I request HD, low latency or another band?

Include target resolution, frame rate, latency and deployment region in the brief. Engineering review defines architecture, development scope and tests before an agreed quotation and delivery specification.

Can the project focus on a board, antenna or receiver?

Share the existing block diagram and the part to change. Discuss a subsystem or the complete link, including interface compatibility, firmware and validation responsibilities.

How does a custom project start?

Submit the use case and requirements, review the proposed architecture, discuss sample validation, and agree specifications, quantities and schedule for quotation and delivery.
