As soon as a production receipt is entered, the work order's completed quantity, completion percentage and reject count update in real time. The home dashboard lists work orders in progress, overdue and completed this month, so sales can confirm delivery dates without phoning the shop floor.
Customer record pops up on incoming calls
The moment the phone rings, a customer card appears at the bottom right of the screen with the customer name, recent orders and credit limit; unknown numbers can be added as a new customer in one click. You know who is calling before you pick up.
Calls logged to the customer record automatically
For every incoming and outgoing call through the PBX, the time, number, call duration and the staff member who handled it are recorded automatically in that customer's call log; answered calls also create a conversation log entry automatically. You can also view today's calls, missed calls and unregistered numbers.
Production, sales, inventory, finance and customer data integrated
