A cloud order-management system built for vegetable and fresh-produce wholesalers. Restaurants and shops order themselves from a phone or PC; customer-specific prices apply automatically and a LINE message confirms the details. In the back office, packing sheets and delivery notes are produced by delivery date, printing marks orders as shipped, and statements and Excel reports are ready at month end — replacing phone orders, hand-copied tickets and hand-written picking lists. The Professional plan adds live market prices, weather-based purchasing suggestions, delivery runs with sign-off and monthly billing.

FAQ

Is any software needed?
The cloud edition runs in a browser or on a phone; there is also a Windows offline edition.
Can each customer have different prices?
Yes. Each customer has individual unit prices (to 0.0001), applied automatically at ordering, with reference prices from other customers.
Can we print delivery notes on our printer?
Dot-matrix and inkjet printers are supported, plus a plain-text mode; the note layout can be adapted.
How are orders confirmed?
After ordering, the system pushes the order details by LINE to the customer and the admin.
Is the data safe?
There is CSRF protection and IP locking after failed sign-ins, and the database is backed up daily and kept for 30 days.
What plans are available?
