Why It Matters

  • 01
    Which Machine Uses Which Mold?

Molds frequently change machines, shifts, and sites. Paper logs rarely match. PLUS2 reads automatically — no operator intervention required.

  • 02
Cumulative Stroke Count / Mold Lifecycle Management

Real-time per-stroke counting with automatic alerts at lifespan thresholds — prevents scrap, mold fractures, and downtime.

  • 03
    Automatic Production Allocation

Each PCB produced is automatically attributed across machine + mold + shift — no manual work-order entries.

  • 04
    Quality Traceability

When complaints arise, batch number reveals exact mold, machine, and stroke — shortens 8D reporting time.
