  • Communication interface: WiFi
Option B | Active RFID Area Positioning
  • Coverage distance: up to 250m (meter-level)
  • Operating frequency: 900MHz
  • Suitable for: warehouses, large factory sites, parking lots
  • Best use: wide-area asset awareness and area positioning
  • Communication interface: WiFi
Option A | UWB Precision Positioning
Using Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology, it delivers industry-leading centimeter-level positioning accuracy, designed for high-value asset management scenarios that require precise location information.
±50cm
Positioning Accuracy
Industry-leading centimeter-level accuracy, meeting high-precision asset management needs
3.5GHz
Operating Frequency
Uses TDoA ranging principles to maintain high accuracy in complex multipath environments
Ø117mm
Main Unit Size
Compact design, suitable for installation in indoor environments such as offices and laboratories
5~12V
Power Input
Low-power design with DC power supply support for flexible and convenient deployment
UWB System Architecture and Data Flow
The UWB system uses a layered architecture. Tags continuously transmit UWB pulse signals, which are received by multiple positioning anchors, then used to calculate location before being uploaded to the backend management platform via the enterprise network.

UWB Solution | Technical Specifications and Applicable Scenarios
Hardware Specifications
Uses 3.5GHz ultra-wideband technology and Time Difference of Arrival (TDoA) ranging principles, maintaining ±50cm high-precision positioning even in complex multipath environments.
  • Positioning accuracy: ±50cm
  • Operating frequency: 3.5GHz
  • Enclosure size: Ø117 × 55mm
  • Power input: 5 ~ 12V DC
  • Communication interface: WiFi
Best Applicable Scenarios
UWB precision positioning is especially suitable for high-value asset management scenarios that require precise location information:
  • Precision instruments and medical equipment tracking
  • Valuable laboratory equipment management
  • Critical tool positioning in manufacturing
  • Precious metals and high-value material tracking
  • Compliance audits and asset inventory
  • Personnel safety positioning (factory sites)

UWB technology offers excellent penetration capabilities in NLOS (non-line-of-sight) environments, making it suitable for deployment in complex office and factory settings.
UWB Solution | Application Scenarios
UWB precision positioning is widely used in indoor environments that require centimeter-level accuracy, helping enterprises achieve precise management of high-value assets.
Offices and Conference Centers
Real-time positioning of laptops, projectors, and conference equipment effectively prevents asset loss and improves equipment-sharing efficiency.
Medical Institutions
Real-time tracking of wheelchairs, emergency carts, respirators, and other medical assets ensures equipment is quickly available in emergencies and improves patient safety.
Laboratories and Research Institutions
Accurate positioning and usage records of valuable instruments and sample equipment meet compliance audit requirements and prevent equipment loss.
Option B | Active RFID Zone Positioning
Using the 900MHz band, it offers excellent diffraction and penetration capabilities, with a single-node coverage range of up to 250meters. It is designed for large industrial sites, warehouses, and outdoor environments, delivering maximum coverage with minimal nodes.
250m
Maximum Coverage Distance
A single node covers up to 250 meters, significantly reducing deployment costs
900MHz
Operating Frequency
The low-frequency band has strong diffraction capability and penetrates metal shielding and complex structures
9~28V
Power Input
Wide-voltage input design adapts to various power supply environments in industrial settings
4 Antennas
Antenna Expansion
Supports a four-antenna expansion configuration, further improving coverage and stability
Active RFID Area Positioning Product Overview
Four-Antenna Host
Active Tag

Active RFID System Architecture and Data Flow
The Active RFID system is centered on wide-area sensing: tags continuously broadcast signals across a large field, a small number of RF host nodes receive them to determine zone position, and the results are then sent back to the backend management platform via the enterprise network.
Tag Identification
Identify and classify incoming tag data.
Signal Processing
Process and filter raw signals from tags.
Data Analysis
Analyze processed data to extract insights.
System Monitoring
Continuously monitor system performance and data accuracy.
The low node-density nature of the Active RFID system greatly reduces deployment effort. A standard large warehouse (about 10,000 square meters) typically requires only 4 to 8 host nodes for full coverage (depending on indoor structural obstacles), resulting in very low installation and maintenance costs.
Active RFID Solution | Application Scenarios
Active RFID wide-area positioning leverages ultra-long coverage and strong penetration to be widely used in large industrial and logistics environments, enabling low-cost asset awareness across the entire site.
Offices and Conference Centers
Wide-area positioning for laptops, projectors, and conference equipment helps prevent asset loss and improves equipment-sharing efficiency, making it suitable for multi-floor office deployments.
Warehousing and Logistics Centers
Wide-area tracking of pallets, material boxes, and handling equipment optimizes inventory counting workflows, significantly shortens picking time, and improves warehouse operational efficiency.
Large Manufacturing Sites
Wide-area awareness of site equipment, tool carts, and molds, combined with maintenance scheduling systems, enables equipment utilization analysis and preventive maintenance.
How do you choose the right solution?
The comparison table below helps you quickly determine which solution best fits your needs.
Choose the UWB precision positioning solution if you need…
  • Centimeter-level (±50cm) accurate positioning
  • Tracking high-value precision instruments or medical equipment
  • A smaller site area (offices, labs)
  • Precise movement trajectory records
  • Personnel safety positioning and hazard zone alerts
  • Compliance audits and precise asset inventory
Choose the Active RFID area positioning solution if you need…
  • Meter-level positioning (maximum coverage range 250 m, 5~20m error)
  • Tracking large numbers of assets in warehouses and factory sites
  • A large site area (warehouses, factory sites, outdoors)
  • The lowest-cost deployment with maximum coverage
  • Resistance to metal interference and complex structural environments
