Smart Scooter Parking Management
Provides a comprehensive parking space management system for scooter parking lots, utilizing IoT technology to achieve real-time parking space monitoring and information display.
This solution employs geomagnetic sensors and communication gateways, combined with a backend management system, to create an efficient and reliable smart parking environment for you.
Product Advantages
Our intelligent scooter parking management solution not only improves parking efficiency but also optimizes overall park operations and user experience.
Real-Time Parking Information
Through geomagnetic sensors, accurately track the real-time status of every scooter space, allowing users to quickly find available spots via signage or apps.
Enhanced Management Efficiency
Automated monitoring replaces manual inspections, significantly reducing the burden on management staff, improving operational efficiency, and lowering labor costs and errors.
Optimized Traffic Flow
Reduce congestion caused by vehicles searching for parking, improving internal traffic circulation within corporate parks and providing a smoother commuting experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making
The backend management system provides detailed parking data reports, helping managers analyze parking patterns to inform future expansion and policy decisions.
Intuitive Parking Status Indicators
Each space is equipped with intuitive indicator lights: red for occupied and blue for available, allowing drivers to assess space status at a glance and significantly shortening search time.
Wireless・Fully Automated MESH
Utilizing a fully automated wireless MESH network architecture, sensors self-organize without the need for complex cabling, drastically reducing installation costs and construction difficulty for all types of parking environments.
Scooter Parking Project
Rail Installation
Rail-Mounted Parking Sensor Deployment
Install high-precision rail-mounted parking sensors in all scooter spots to detect vehicle entry and exit in real-time, providing accurate status information for each space.
Indicator Lights for Parking Status
Red light indicates the spot is occupied; blue light indicates the spot is available. Lights are synchronized with sensors for long-range visibility, helping users find spots quickly.
Real-time Information Display
Install LCD displays at lane entrances to clearly show the number of remaining scooter spots per floor; if full, the system prompts employees to park outside the campus.
Smart Backend Monitoring
Management can use the backend system to monitor the status of all scooter spots, access history, and view parking data in real-time, comprehensively improving management efficiency.

Hardware Architecture Overview
This smart parking management system is designed to provide an efficient and automated solution for scooter parking. Its core architecture integrates front-end sensing technology, data transmission, and a back-end cloud platform to realize real-time monitoring, information dissemination, and management optimization of parking spaces. The entire system process begins with parking sensors detecting the status of parking spaces; data is then aggregated via a Gateway host and uploaded to the cloud platform for processing. Finally, information is provided to users through LED displays, while the management interface allows administrators to maintain comprehensive control.
Complete Parking Management Architecture
Parking Space Sensor
Parking space sensors are deployed in parking spaces to detect vehicle parking status in real-time, supporting cross-verification using triple sensing technology.
Gateway Host A
Features dual functionality: it simultaneously detects vehicle parking status as a sensor and is responsible for collecting, integrating, and converting data from various sensors.
Gateway Host B
Receives data from Host A and converts it in real-time for output to the LED display board.
LED Display Board
The LED display provides real-time parking space information, and the backend system supports remote monitoring and data analysis.
The system adopts a modular design, allowing for flexible expansion based on site scale and requirements. From underground parking garages to surface parking areas, it provides complete monitoring coverage. Through standardized communication protocols, it can be easily integrated into existing building management systems or smart campus platforms.
